What is the difference between a mini, regular and privileged order?

Read on to find out and determine which order type does your order falls in.

All orders MUST BE PLACED ONLINE. Orders via email or phone call are not accepted. 

Combined orders for different delivery/collection day are not accepted. If you require delivery/collection on different days or to different locations, please place separate orders for each respective delivery /collection day and delivery location.

1. May I request for complimentary message cards for my mini order?

Yes, you may. If you have more than 1 mini order with us and the combined order amount of your mini orders is more than $150 (excluding delivery charges).

You can have different delivery / collection dates and locations for the mini orders, but all your mini orders must be placed online on the same day via our website. Theme box selection, photo and text message for your message cards must be the same for all your mini orders. A maximum of up to 2 theme box selections is entitled for a minimum order of a total of 30 boxes in your combined order (combined quantity of 15 boxes per theme box is required).

Kindly note that in this case, all your mini orders must be placed at least 5 days before the first delivery date, instead of the usual 3 days notice for mini orders.

If you have a regular or privileged order with us, we will offer complimentary message cards for your mini order as well. However, theme box selection, photo and text message for your message cards must be the same as your regular / privileged order. Please indicate the order number of your regular / privileged order while placing your mini order.

If you are choosing a different theme box from your regular / privileged order, or using a different photo and text message for your message cards, we will not be able to offer you complimentary message cards for your mini order. Please purchase the message cards separately for your mini order, if required.

2. I have missed the 5 days notice for regular / privileged order, what should I do?

All regular and privileged orders must be placed at least 5 days before your delivery / collection date. This is facilitate sufficient time for designing and production of your message cards.

If you have less than 5 days notice, you may place your order via mini order, regardless of your order amount, even if it is more than $150. Message cards will NOT be included for your mini order, even if your order amount is more than $150. Please purchase the message cards separately if required, as we are not able to waive off designer’s charges for message cards with less than 3 days production lead time.

If your order amount is above $200, please enter promotion code “mini10″ to enjoy waiver of $10 off your delivery charges. This promotion code is only valid for mini orders with delivery options, it is not applicable for self-pickup option.

3. I have missed the 3 days notice for mini order, what should I do?

All mini orders must be placed at least 3 days before your delivery / collection date.

If you have less than 3 days notice, you may place your order via our next day collection, regardless of your order amount, a minimum of 5 boxes is required. Message cards will NOT be included for your next day collection order, even if your order amount is more than $150. There is no option to purchase message cards for next day collection orders.

If your order amount is above $300, please enter promotion code “express10″ to enjoy waiver of $10 off your delivery charges. This promotion code is only valid for next day collection orders with delivery options, it is not applicable for self-pickup option.

Kindly note that next day collection orders must be placed latest by 11am, the day before your delivery / collection date.
